They were also happy to recommend him based upon two jobs he had done for them. I'd echo what others have said. Kastrati is a genuinely nice, polite, very hard-working guy who arrives when he says he will and completes the job with a minimum of fuss. He came to the house and quoted for the job the same evening I called him and started within a couple of weeks.
